From identifying the saddle in your fitting appointment to handing it back ready for follow-up.
STEP 1
You identify the saddle in need.
During a fit appointment, you determine the panels need a full strip flock. You tell your client:
"I recommend to send this to my workshop partner, Flock My Saddle.
They'll restore it, and I'll come back to confirm the fit when it's back."
STEP 2
You refer to us.
Use the Fitter Referral Form (below) or email Kyrena directly.
Send tree measurements, fitting notes, panel firmness preference, and any context about the horse.
The client ships the saddle to our workshop.
STEP 3
We restore. You return for the fit.
Complete strip flock in 3–5 days (rush available). Saddle ships back to your client.
You schedule your follow-up fit appointment.
The job is yours from start to finish — we just handled the middle.

Before opening Flock My Saddle's workshop, Kyrena spent more than a decade fitting saddles in the field — Albion, County, Prestige, Custom, Amerigo, Stubben, and beyond.
